Dear Parishioners, 
 
In November, the Master Plan Committee interviewed and selected Studio Red Architects to lead a master plan study for our campus. This study will assess our current buildings and campus to determine the physical needs of our parish and to provide options for how we may best address those needs both now and in the future. 
 
The Master Plan process will take approximately 12-16 weeks and will be accomplished in a series of steps. We are now in the Information Gathering phase of the study and need to hear from you. Beginning March 1^st, we will distribute a questionnaire at all Masses, through eNews and on our website. Your input is important to helping us shape the future of our campus. The questions are designed to help prioritize needs and to guide the study. In addition to the questionnaire, Studio Red will meet with staff, ministries, and groups to learn about more specific needs. At the end of the Study there will be a presentation of findings and the final report.
 
The questionnaire will be open from Saturday, March 1 through Sunday, March 16. Please take a few minutes to complete the form online, if possible. If you prefer to complete the paper form, please return it to the parish office no later than Sunday, March 16.

En noviembre, el Comité del Plan Maestro de Desarrollo de la Nueva Iglesia entrevistó y seleccionó a Studio Red Architects para liderar un estudio de planificación para la construcción de nuestro nuevo templo. Este estudio evaluará nuestras instalaciones actuales para determinar las necesidades físicas de nuestra parroquia y proporcionar opciones sobre cómo podemos abordar mejor esas necesidades, tanto ahora como en el futuro.

El proceso del Plan Maestro de Desarrollo tomará aproximadamente 12 a 16 semanas y se llevará a cabo en una serie de etapas. Actualmente, nos encontramos en la fase de Recolección de Información, y necesitamos escuchar su opinión. A partir del 1 de marzo, distribuiremos un cuestionario en todas las Misas, a través de eNews y en nuestro sitio web.

 Su participación es fundamental para ayudarnos a dar forma al futuro de nuestra parroquia.
Las preguntas del cuestionario están diseñadas para ayudar a priorizar las necesidades y orientar el estudio. Además del cuestionario, Studio Red se reunirá con el personal, los ministerios y los diferentes grupos para conocer necesidades más específicas.

Al final del estudio, se presentarán los hallazgos y el informe final.

El cuestionario estará disponible desde el sábado 1 de marzo hasta el domingo 16 de marzo. Le pedimos que tome unos minutos para completarlo en línea, si es posible. Si prefiere completar la versión en papel, por favor entréguela en la oficina parroquial a más tardar el domingo 16 de marzo.
